We may communicate with you in various ways, including by telephone, SMS, encrypted email, or post. If we telephone you and you are unavailable, we may leave a message. Still, it will only contain basic details to enable you to identify the caller, limited details as to the basis of the call and how to call us back.

Information on our computers relating to invoicing is kept for 7 years, while medical treatment information will be kept for 8 years after your treatment. Our computers are password-protected and our medical invoicing package is also password-protected. Passwords are changed frequently.
